1. Eat your vegetables fresh.
When you cook your vegetables, you are cooking away a lot of the nutrients in them. Eat your vegetables like mother nature intended fresh from the garden.
2. Stop drinking alcohol.
Beer can pack on the pounds. I am sure you have heard the term beer belly. Drinking beer or liquor is bad for your liver anyway.
3. Don't use oil when you are cooking.
Use a frying pan that doesn't stick, so you will not have to use any oil. No oil means a healthier you.
4. Eat 5 small meals a day.
When you eat just one big meal a day it makes it hard for your body to burn off that much food at once. Many food experts believe in eating 5 to 6 smalls meals a day so your body will be able to burn off the fast quicker. Just make sure you are eating small meals. Not 5 to 6 large ones.
5. Don't check your weight all the time.
When you are constantly checking your weight, you are probably thinking you are never going to lose 10 pounds in a certain amount of time. Checking your weight all the time is going to discourage you. Instead check it once a week or twice a week, but not everyday.
