Well, I like what you're doing so far. Don't worry, I have the same problem. Lately I have been going to a nutritionist who is helping me work out. You can use daily stuff at home if you want. For the push ups and sit ups, make sure you have one day off every once and a while to heal. Your muscles break and tear as you work out and they need to repair, and that's when you gain muscle. So do sit ups maybe 3 times a week and push ups 5 times a week. Take weekends off. And also remember, even though you may not be losing weight, you are losing fat weight and replacing it with muscle weight which is even better.And as for the swimming thing, it's OK that you may be a little bigger than the others. Honestly, no person will come up to you and tell you something you don't want to hear.
Try those tips and you might have better chances of losing weight. Oh, and don't forge to eat ALL the unprocessed, pure veggies and fruit you want!
