And I am not completely cutting out carbs, just lowering (no soda, easy on the fruit, no candy, cake ect). But if I do not keep at it, I gain it back pretty easily as well. Also, do not starve yourself. Eat 5-6 small meals all day instead of one or two meals. Eating small meals spread throughout the day helps your body to know it wont be starving and keeps that metabolism up.

      This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it's good for the heart.

      However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It's so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I've found a great addition to help any one out, it's a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don't get all crazy on me and say diet pills don't work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn't meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It's an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it's the best pill I've tried and I've tried cupboards full.       Not a diet but eat lots of fruits and veggies, lean proteins and whole grains. Drink ONLY water, lots of it. Don't chew gum (it causes bloat). Do at least 30 minutes of cardio daily and here's the kicker...pilates.

      No body gets slim by eating! thts for sure. My sister tried this potato diet a month ago and it worked a lot. she lost 26 pound. You eat only boiled (or baked with olive oil) potatoes (half kilo maximum a day). You hav to drink plenty of water. And yeah definitely nothing else. If yu feel too much hungry eat cucmber..(they are really stomach fillers). My sister did two yoga positions along with this diet. very normal positions nothing fancy.       I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.
      1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
      2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
      3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.

      It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.

      Also start counting your calories. Write them down. You would be amazed as to how much more aware you are of your caloric intake, if you actually write it down. We recently discovered a site that offers a great program that counts calories, as well as keeps track of everything. It allows multiple users, so everyone in the family can keep track. They offer a free 7 day trial, and so far I am very impressed with the product. Try the 7 days and see.       I have been through it all and know what's it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can't be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I've worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.

      Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.

      First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can't eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising...

      This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it's good for the heart.

      However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It's so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I've found a great addition to help any one out, it's a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don't get all crazy on me and say diet pills don't work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn't meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It's an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it's the best pill I've tried and I've tried cupboards full. Now this doesn't mean you have to follow my foot steps but I've successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.
