Doing the same exercise over and over again is the best way to fail before you begin.
For example, join a yoga class with strength training. If you do not have the strength training equipment, use something heavy and safe like canned food as your weights. Start a Zumba class or a walking club. Mixing your exercise will stop you from exercise boredom. Start playing actively with your children or your pet dog . Place some music on and start dancing while you clean the house.
