I'm 14 too:) & I weigh 120 too:) This is my excersize routine:
Sundays: 50 sit ups before bed.
Mondays: Jogging for 20 minutes around 12.
Tuesdays: Running (not jogging) for 20 minutes around 12.
Wednesdays:Sprints . I lightly jog for 2 minutes, then Run for 2 minutes, and then Sprint for 2 minutes. & I do that down the block and all the way back home.
Thursdays: I work on toning my upper body, such as sit ups, push ups, lifting weights, V-sits etc.
Fridays: I tone my lower body, Squats, Lunges, etc.
Saturdays: 50 pushups before bed.DRINK LOTS OF WATER! You'll lose so much water weight. I hope my advice helped!

Use it like a therapy session...if you're angry do high kicks and jumps and punch the air and jump and run around like there's no tomorrow. Often I simply invent new ridiculous dance moves and do lots of jumping (going down to the floor then up) and the goal is to have fun...move in a way that's fun for you.
Just dance until your playlist is all done!
